How to serve
STEWING
1. Soak and clean the peach gum for at least 24 hours until it gets softened.
2. Put it into a stewing mug with hot water (not boiling water) with other ingredients like
dried lilies , white fungus , red dates , Longan , Xuelianzi ();
3. Stew for 45 minutes to 1hour.
