Each bag contains 4 oz of organic or wildcrafted Flor de Manita sourced from Honduras. GENERALLY PREPARED: Flor de Manita is known for its subtle, smoky taste, and is traditionally prepared as a tea or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 2 to 3 chunks of Flor de Manita to 8 fl oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
