1.Vacuum molding machine use:
(1) Molding and fabrication of decolorized braces
(2) Molding and fabrication of orthodontic retainers and arch splints
(3) Molding and fabrication of periodontal and fluoride treatment trays
(4) Molding and fabrication of temporary and permanent base trays and mouth guard trays
2. Operating instructions
(1) Pull up the drawbar first, then place the trimmed plaster model on the vacuum net.
(2) Put the film in the sandwich and tighten the fixing screw knob.
(3) Turn on the heating switch to observe the softness of the film, and wait until the film is heated evenly.
(4) Press the lever down so that the heated soft film covers the plaster model.
(5) Turn off the heating switch, turn on the vacuum switch, vacuum for 10-15 seconds, braces can be molded.
(6) First, use a pen to mark the outside of the film according to the gingival margin.
(7) After the film cools down, use scissors or abrasive pads to remove the excess film according to the marking to complete the braces.
