  • Rustic Crush is currently only available in foodservice size. They are steam peeled, gently crushed into a puree, and hermetically sealed with a pinch of basil and sea salt. These are the Bianco organic line tomatoes, california grown at the peak of the season.


Rustic Crush w/ Basil 103 oz can: Whole peeled tomatoes are roughly chopped at our factory designed to duplicate breaking the tomato flesh by hand. Topped with a light puree, three fresh basil leaves and pinch of salt are added before each can is sealed, cooked and cooled to lock in the California summer harvest.
