Baked Espresso Rub Wings
Everyone loves a good chicken wing. With the colder months drawing in, we know not everyone wants to stand outside and grill so weve got our baked wing recipe for you!
Start out with your chicken wings, whatever style you like.
Be sure they are thawed before you begin cooking and give them a good rinse to get any excess juice off.
Line a baking sheet (whatever size will fit your wings nicely, be sure not to over crowd them) with parchment paper. Once your pan is ready to go, place your wings on it and lightly coat them with some olive oil to give the rub something to stick to. Generously apply the Big Guy BBQ Espresso rub to the wings, being sure to get both sides of the wings. Let the wings sit while pre-heating your oven to 400 degrees or about 20 minutes. Bake for about an hour, draining any excess juice from the pan about half way through and flipping the wings to ensure both sides get crispy. Wings are done when chicken is cooked through and have reached desired level of crispiness.
