Make your own authentic Biltong
Finding amazing biltong outside South Africa can be a challenge, its usually super expensive and comes in tiny packets. With this kit youll be able to make half a kilo at home in just a few hours, seasoned with an authentic South African spice blend.
The kit makes 500g of beef biltong, and requires no special equipment or ingredients. Youll need to provide 500g of inexpensive lean beef, a tender cut works well so try to get hold of inexpensive steak or a roasting joint.
