- CASHEW BUTTER MASALA - Our plant-based Butter Chicken sauce is made with cashew butter and luscious coconut cream with slow-cooked tomatoes, garlic, ginger and sweet paprika to create a lighter, vegan version of the famous North Indian recipe that is just as satisfying as the original.
- HOW TO USE - Add 1 jar of our Cashew Butter Masala to 1 lb sauteed tofu, chicken, fish or veggies or 1/2 cup cooked lentils. Add up to 1 cup coconut milk. Simmer until heated through. Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt and Brooklyn Delhi achaar or chutney (optional) over rice or with naan.
