- Bulgur Wheat, also known as Cracked Wheat, is a whole wheat grain cereal, made from the parboiled groats of different types of toasted cracked wheat, such as Durum Wheat. Bulgur Wheat is very easy to cook, and it is a quick-cooking whole grain.
