How Would You Use It?
+ Brisket Rub :
The combination of spices will really develop the beef flavor. Put it on strong and let it soak all the way in.
+ French Fry seasoning or popcorn salt:
Put it in the blender and pulverize it very fine and then just sprinkle it on to get a lightly spicy and herbal flavor
+ Smoker use:
It's a great bbq seasoning to use with a smoker. You can also use it on light fish like bass and trout. Just use a light application
+ Chicken and Turkey Seasoning:
It's awesome for a rotisserie chicken or turkey and it WON'T ruin your gravy. Terrific with Beer Butt chicken. It has just a very slight touch of sugar to help caramelize for bbq chicken.
+ Tri tip roast :
This rub is fast acting so it will penetrate fairly quickly, but if you leave it on overnight then it will penetrate to the center bite.
+ Great on Steak :
It's fast acting, so sprinkle like a season salt and give it a few minutes to do its thing. The thinner the steak the thinner the coating should be.
