3pack x 40gr Colourful salt is among the most popular Bulgarian spices. Its main ingredients are well dried savory, fenugreek, sweet and / or chilli pepper, roasted corn, roasted pumpkin seeds, salt, and sometimes wild thyme. Modern understanding of lean salt includes at least 5 spices, as are mandatory salt, paprika (usually nelyutiv called sweet), savory, fenugreek and thyme. Apart from them, the mixture was added also maize flour and / or breadcrumbs, crushed to a fine powder. If dappled salt contains cayenne pepper, usually it is called spicy. In spicy colorful salt than pepper red pepper can be used and powdered pepper or cumin, but the presence of these ingredients dramatically alter the taste characteristic of lean salt, so rarely used.
