ICED TEA Use 1 family size tea bag for each quart of fresh water. Bring water to a boil, pour over tea bags, cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, chill and serve over ice. QUICK-SERVE PITCHER Use 2 tea bags for each quart of fresh water. Bring water to a boil, pour over tea bags, cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove tea bags, add an equal amount of cold water and pour into ice-filled glasses.
