This finest reserve quality green tea, picked in the early spring, is infused with the scent of jasmine blossom and hand rolled into 'pearls'. Beautifully balanced flavour notes give a wonderful, delicate taste with a full, floral aroma. - Prepare and Use: Infusion Instructions: As this is such a delicate green tea, we recommend using water at a temperature of 80C. Allow the kettle to cool to the correct temperature, about 4 to 6 minutes. Preheat the teapot and add 2 to 3g per person. Infuse the leaves for 2 to 4 minutes according to taste. The leaves can be infused twice, allowing a longer time for the second infusion.
