So sinfully and deliciously rich and dense it melts in your mouth leaving notes of lushness and spiciness. It is mild, which is great for many different palates and uses, and almost sweet to the taste. Use this utterly spreadable cheese on crackers and bread first to get the full effect, and then try it in various recipes. We recommend it for risotto or pastas, grilled or roasted meats, and melted over a thick juicy burger. Goes well with nuts, caramelized onions, aged balsamic, apples, pears, figs and strawberries. Pair with a sweet Port wine for a dessert plate.
