Ingredients: black tea, orange peel, cinnamon flavor, ground cinnamon, Apple pieces, apple flavor, cinnamon pieces, ground cloves. Contains Natural flavors. Brewing instructions: use one sachet for two cups of tea. Pour boiling water (212F) over the sachet. Infuse for 5 minutes. Remove the sachet. Caffeine content: 40-60 milligrams
