(Herbal All-Season Favorite Soup Mix)
Main Ingredients:
- (Polygonatum Odoratum) 30g
- (Chinese Yam) 35g
- (Lily Root Bulb) 15g
- (Rice Bean) 30g
- (Jobs Tears) 30g
- (Goji Berries) 15g
- (Sea Coconut Slices) 15g
- (Lotus Seeds) 20g
Directions:
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add pork rib or chicken (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, (add 4-5 slices of ginger, not included), add 1.5 liters of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, and season with salt.
