Arraw is a Senegalese porridge that consists of rolled flour (millet) and is often consumed at breakfast and dinner with milk, sugar or a sweet yogurt. A great option for the gluten intolerant. How to use: In a saucepan bring water to boil. When it is boilng, stir in the Arraw and let it simmer for about 25-30 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, and stir occasionally. For a sweeter taste, you can add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and for vanilla extract. Serve with milk or yogurt.
