To correctly make Southern biscuits you have to start with soft wheat. Our flour is milled within 30 miles from our plant and is delivered weekly. You will see the difference when you open our package. Next we add premium butter that has been churned and dehydrated . Biscuits in the South have to be made with buttermilk and we use the finest sweet cream buttermilk that we can find. You will not find a Southern Biscuit Mix more Southern that ours. This is the perfect size for individuals or couples. It will make about 6 biscuits about 2.5 inches. To make it even easier you can cook this batch in your toaster oven.
