The heat lasts about 10-25 minutes, and if you would like the heat to stay warmer longer we recommend that you simply wrap a shawl,or like around your shoulders proving insulation.
- For cold Shoulder wrap should be stored in a closed container (a plastic bag is fine ) and stored in the freezer. Also because the freezer adds a little moisture so when heated the wrap will have a moist feel to it but you may mist with water before heating to get the desired level of moist heat.
