Light Roast: A bright zippy coffee, perfect to start your day with. Light, but flavorful with notes of citrus and a crisp finish. The original flavors of the bean are retained to a greater extent than in darker roasted coffees. Complex flavor with delicately sweet aromas.

Experienced roasters and a committed team of volunteers roast & package the coffee locally in Birmingham, Alabama, so all proceeds can go back to the farmers and their surrounding communities.
