How to make cheese using Microset Microbial Rennet MIx? 1. Add one 5g sachet to 20-30 ml of clean water (no chlorine) and mix well.. If the water contains chlorine add a little milk. 2.Dissolved the RENNET mix in a solution ready. 3.Warm up the milk gradually on low heath (THIS IS IMPORTANT) to about 35 C / 90 F. 4.Add the rennet solution and mix the milk slowly and steadily for ONE minute. 5.Stop the heat, cover the milk and allow the mixture to stand still for 45 minutes, or until it coagulates. Cut the curd, then follow the steps for manufacturing cheese type desired.
