The Eye Flax Pillow is best for relieving headaches and tension in the face and head. Gentle weight around the eyes helps reduce tension and headaches. Use warm or at room temperature after yoga or a workout. We dont use zippers or Velcro, so you wont have a scratchy surface against your eyes and face. To clean, remove cover, wash in cold water, and lay flat to dry. Do not expose inner pillow to moisture. For warm therapy place on a clean plate and ensure that pillow can rotate freely. Heat in microwave for 15-20 seconds. Do not overheat. Use caution when removing from microwave. Not for use in a conventional or toaster oven. To chill, place in a sealed plastic bag and store 2+ hours in the freezer. Always test hot/cold temperature of pillow before applying to skin.
