National Haleem Recipe Mix is for meat, lentils and grains, specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook delicious meals with ease that you and your loved ones can relish each day.
Ingredients:
1.Salt
2.Red Chilli
3.Cumin Seed
4.Turmeric
5.Ginger
6.Black Pepper
7.Garlic
8.Sugar
9.Citric Acid
10.Mace
11.Nutmeg
12.Clove
13.Cinnamon
Steps of Cooking:
1.Wash and soak lentils and wheat overnight or for 6-8 hours.
2.Drain out water, add 10 glasses of water and bring to boil.
3.Reduce the heat and cook until tender. Blend or mash the boiled grains properly.
4.Heat the oil, fry onions till golden brown.
5.Take out half of onions and oil. Keep aside.
6.Add ginger, garlic and meat. Fry for few minutes on medium heat.
7.Add National Haleem Recipe Mix and fry for another 5 minutes.
8.Add 5 glasses of water and cook on low heat for 60 to 90 minutes.
9.Mash cooked meat well with a wooden hand masher.
10.Delicious Haleem is ready. Garnish with oil. Serve with National Chaat Masala, fried onions, ginger julienne, lemon and fresh green masala.
