National Sabzi / Pav Bhaji Recipe Mix is specially made by a panel of experts, using aromatic spices and the finest ingredients in exactly the right measure. It will enable you to cook stir fried vegetables with ease.
Ingredients:
1. Salt
2. Red Chilli
3. Turmeric
4. Cumin Seed
5. Coriander
6. Garlic
7. Ginger
8. Black Pepper
9. Fenugreek Leaf
10. Citric Acid
11. Cardamom
12. Cinnamon
13. Clove
14. Monosodium Glutamate
Steps of Cooking:
1. Heat oil, add onions and fry for few minutes.
2. Add tomatoes and further fry for a few minutes.
3. Add vegetables, followed by National Sabzi/Pav Bhaji Recipe Mix and fry for a few minutes.
4. Add water (as per need), then cover and cook on low heat till the vegetables are tender.
5. Delicious Sabzi / Pav Bhaji is ready. Serve with chapati/rice.
