Most of us have become angry at one point or another. It may be that after a challenging day our patience wears thin and the smallest thing makes us angry. It's quite normal and natural to become unhappy and angry sometimes. For some individuals it may take a lot to get angry, while with others the "fuse" may be a short one. It's only when anger and sudden irritability happen too frequently and without warning that it can become a serious problem to health and happiness.
