Celestial Chai is a spicy blend that is coupled with black tea to provide full flavor and health benefits. It may be served with cream and sugar to provide a flavorful tonic thats hot or iced. Ingredients: Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, black tea, allspice, cloves, black pepper. Brewing Instructions: Brew 1-2 teaspoons of tea/8oz of water at 195 degrees and steep for 2:45 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. For iced tea simply double the amount of tea used during brewing and steep with the same amount and temperature of hot water, and when finished, simply pour over a cup of ice.
