The southeastern region of Brazil is home to the majority of the countrys coffee farms. We source the beans for our espresso bourbon barrel-aged espresso from small family farms, then roast them to the perfect dark level to accentuate the beans natural sweetness and bring out the rich notes of chocolate, black cherry, and toffee. For the finishing touch, we age each small batch of espresso beans in bourbon whiskey barrels from Kentucky distilleries to impart the smooth flavors of bourbon and oak.
