Two pounds of certified organic, locally grown yellow onions. These onions are flavorful and nutrient dense, a good source of vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals. We like to add them to farm-fresh salsa and potato salad, or sweat them in a frying pan as the base of our favorite sauces, meat and fish dishes, or stir fries.
