Some people say that a 70% bar is the ideal mix of cocoa bean and sugar. We tend to agree. Rich and deep, neither sweet nor bitter. Just great dark chocolate.
  • The chocolate is made Bean to Bar at source in Peru, which allows us to use newly harvested fresh cocoa beans - we can lock in the fresh flavor rather than shipping the beans half way round the world and having them age and deteriorate before getting processed into chocolate.
  • The cocoa in this bar was grown by UTZ certified farmers who implement better farming practices, with respect to people and the planet.
