(The Postum Cereal Company eventually became General Foods, which was bought by Kraft Foods.) The manufacturer\'s name is on the label. On top of the metal cover on the glass jar: 09 FE 01 (February 1, 2009) or 08 MR 16 (March 16, 2008). 1 jar has a cut in the paper label. Whenever considering a Postum listing, first find out whether it\'s the discontinued Kraft Foods in a glass jar or the Eliza\'s Quest Foods replication/reproduction in a plastic jar. Makes a great gift for anyone who enjoys drinking Postum. (My own personal taste is to use 1 rounded teaspoon of Postum in 6 ounces of very hot water. I tried all 3 (The two by Kraft Foods -blue label and red label- and the replication by Eliza\'s Quest Food); the Kraft Foods and the replication by Eliza\'s Quest Foods definitely don\'t taste the same to me.
