DOSAGE:
- On days need extra energy: Direct oral 2 teaspoon Premium Black Honey every morning & night.
- On normal days: Direct oral 1 teaspoon Premium Black Honey every morning & night.
EATING TIPS:
- Children should not take Premium Black Honey. Diabetics need to adjust the dosage according to their health condition.
- Raw honey crystalises gradually if storage under 55F for 2-3 months. Please put the crystalised honey jar in hot water (around 175F) for 15 minutes to soften.
