Schisandra Berry (Schisandra chinensis) Powder Extract (4:1 concentration) is an ancient Chinese medicinal herb. Schisandra Berry Extract is an adaptogen, which means it can help the body adapt to all sorts of stressors and calm the heart and quiet the spirit. It may help the body in fighting imbalance, increase overall energy, aid in stress resistance, and increase endurance or athletic performance. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks. It is a reddish-to-brownish powder.
