(24) North facing Neodymium magnets (magnets range 12,300 manufacturer gauss rating). Our neodymium magnets are encapsulated in five Velcro compatible removable pads. Our magnetic knee wrap is not constricting like most neoprene wraps or pull up wraps, therefore you have the maximum amount of blood flow. This wrap is for light support and it is not a brace. Our magnetic knee wrap simply holds the magnets in place. It is best not to combine tight wraps with magnetic therapy since this could constrict blood flow.
