This Spanish cheese has a semi-soft and creamy texture that is delicately punctuated by the aroma and flavor of rosemary. It would made this cheese a great compliment to a cheese board, served on crusty country bread. It is aged for about 8 week. Enjoy with your favorite red wine. - Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt rennet, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, preserving agent: egg lysozyme from egg whites). Dried rosemary and natamycin applied to inedible rind. Contains milk, egg.
