Just clean surface thoroughly and prep surface with Dupli-Colors Prep Wipe or Grease & Wax Remover. Vinyl & Fabric Coating is fast drying and wont crack, peel or chip. It dries to a durable, flexible and opaque finish that wont rub off. Follow these tips for successful, general aerosol paint application. Always read specific can instructions to achieve maximum results. A clean, dry surface is important. Follow these preparation tips for best results: Remove dirt, wax, grease, moisture, rust and loose paint. Sand or scrape, if necessary, (sandpaper, steel wool, wire brush, scraper).
