The lid seals the hot cup for resistance to spilling and to slow heat loss. It is vented to allow steam to escape, and is made of polystyrene for rigidity and durability. The lid has a 2.5-inch top diameter and is 0.3-inch tall. It features a snap-tight fit and a small, vented hole to maintain the integrity of the contents and prevent messes.
