- Sheep Cheese Aged in Raisins is a firm, aged, raw, pre-cut sheep's milk cheese from Zamora, Spain. It is cured for several months with raisins. The texture is firm and compact and the aroma is well developedsupplying hints of sweetness and salt.
- This manchego cheese is well-flavored, with a buttery paste accompanied by mild flavors and a sweetness given off by the raisins. It contains whole raisins, making the cheese beautiful for serving. Produced by Quesera La Antigua in Zamora, Spain.
- To consume, take the cheese out of the fridge and leave it out until it reaches approximately 20 C, allowing the flavours and aromas to invoque the cheese's intensity. Gluten free, contains egg products (lisozyme).
