The classic Greek spread, taramosalata is a caviar-style dip made from carp roe (tarama). It is blended with oil, lemon, and spices to make a mouthwatering puree. Krinos also makes the only Lite version of taramosalata available, with the same full flavor, but half the calories and fat.
