The herb rooibos has been blended with a delicious melange of other herbs and spices: cinnamon, orange peel, ginger, cardamom seeds, Chinese star anise, cloves, and black pepper. Rooibos (Red Tea) is naturally caffeine-free. Use 1 herbal tea bag per 6 ounces of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. For iced tea double the amount of tea and pour over ice.
