How to use:
1. Fill a 300ml nasal wash bottle with 98.6F/37C distilled, purified or boiled water cooled to body temperature.
2. Add a small packet of 2.7 grams of Nasal Cleansing Salt. Tighten the cap and shake to mix.
3. Standing in front of the sink, insert the tip of your nose into one nostril, tilt your head to the side with the bottle and let the water run out without worrying about spilling or getting dirty.
4. Repeat step 3 for the other nostril.
5. Clean the bottle and cap.
