This Wild Prickly Pear Cocktail Syrup is truly a "Farm to Table" product. The fruit (tuna/pears) are wild grow in rural Archer County, Texas. The Pears were hand picked, at much peril, from wild cactus plants. The juice was carefully extracted and the cocktail syrup was made in a commercial kitchen in Garland, Texas. We have been producing this syrup in our home kitchen for several years for friends and family. We are excited to transition to commercial production and genuinely hope you will enjoy it as much as we have. The syrup is great for margaritas and cocktails.
