- Ingredients: Vanilla Beans (raw and sun-cured)
- Whole vanilla beans matured on the vine and sun-cured. Gourmet variety, Vanilla Tahitiensis, grown in Papua New Guinea.
- To Use: Cut a vanilla bean in half and then split each half down the center using a paring knife. Use the blade of the knife to scrape out all of the seeds to use in your recipe. Substitute 1 vanilla bean pod in place of 1 tsp vanilla extract.
