- Permeable to allow smoke to penetrate into meat. Do not need to soak prior to use
- Super easy to use. Just add venison, beef, pork, chicken, turkey or your favorite game meat.
Fresh beef collagen casings. Two strands. Each strand will fill 20 lbs of sausage for a total of 40 lb yield. 32 mm (approx 1 1/2") dried diameter. Permeable casings to allow the smoke flavor to penetrate. Use Standard 3/4" stuffing tube for filling these casings. EASY
