When you come to the Bigfork in the road, head right for this outstanding dark lager. Inspired by the dark lagers of northern Germany, our recipe is both malty in flavor and aroma. Saaz hops accent the beer with a very mild, spicy, earthy tones. Cold fermentation is required for this kit. Our ingredients for this recipe includes: 6 lbs Pilsner LME, 1 lbs Dark DME, 1 lbs Munich malt, 8oz Cara 45 malt, 4oz Black Patent malt, 2oz Saaz bittering hops, 1oz Saaz aroma hops, 5oz Primer sugar, Muslin bag, Instructions
