Boursin Shallot and Chive is a very creamy spreadable cheese with shallots, chives and green onions - almost like a crumbly compound butter. The flavorful cheese is very easy to work with and can be used in a variety of dishes. Serve the cheese unwrapped or leave it in its aluminum package and spread the top like a flower to give it a little more presence. Decorate with some chives to color it up when served on a cheese tray - Ingredients: Pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, basil (dried and freeze dried), chives (freeze dried), potassium sorbate (preservative)
