• Each can be used to culture 1-3 gallons of milk
• Contains Milk! Contents: Lactobacillus spp. S. thermophilus, B. bifidum

Greek yogurt - the traditional way. Done by straining the yogurt curd with premium, fine cheesecloth. This produces a "super-thick yogurt".
