Hormel Black Label Fully Cooked Bacon comes in resealable Zip-Pak packaging, which makes it convenient and easy to store in the refrigerator. You can also store precooked bacon in the freezer and take out just what you need. Just note that frozen precooked bacon takes a few extra minutes to heat up. With roots in bacon-making going back more than 100 years, Hormel starts with fresh (never frozen) hand-trimmed pork bellies and treats them to a proprietary brine and natural hardwood smoke process.
