Once created to make use of leftover yolks, this variety has become one of Spains most iconic turrns, celebrated alongside the classics from Jijona and Alicante. - Ingredients: Almond (52%), sugar, candied yolk (8.7%) [sugar, egg, glucose syrup, modified corn starch, acidity regulator (tartaric acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium propionate), colors (Red 4 lake and natural Orange 4), pasteurized cream (cream 35% fat, stabilizer (carrageenan)], glucose-fructose syrup, preservative (potassium sorbate), natural color (beta-carotene), artificial flavor (vanillin).
