MEDICAL XEROFORM PETROLATUM DRESSING GAUZE: This xeroform petrolatum dressing 5x9 is made of a fine, soft, compliant mesh gauze enriched with petroleum jelly oil and 3% bismuth tribromophenate. This formula is the perfect combination of ingredients to protect the skin while promoting healing and adhering to the various contours of the body.
NON-ADHESIVE STICK: These Xeroform gauze pads are 100% non-adhesive, which means they won't stick to the wound! Additionally, it helps to maintain a moist environment in the wound to prevent dehydration, which speeds up healing. These wounds include donor sites, lacerations, burns, abrasions and implant sites.
EASY TO USE: Individually wrapped sterile gauze pads help keep them clean. Each Xeroform dressing fits easily against the skin to minimize discomfort. The gauze-soaked dressing is comfortable to change or remove.
HOW TO USE: Wash or clean the wound and gently dry the surrounding skin. Peel down the edge of the foil from the position indicated by the arrow for aseptic removal. Place or wrap the dressing into the wound. It is then secured with a secondary dressing.
A WELCOME ADDITION TO HOME FIRST AID KIT: Available in packs of 25 tablets (5 "x9"). Each pieces has individual dressings packaged in sterile pouches.
