This sausage is a type of cured sausage with lean pork, and some contents of bacon is seasoned with salt and some spices. Our salchichon is made in the USA, but is very similar to Spanish, as they have followed the same traditional Spanish recipes. To appreciate its flavor should be cut into thin slices. In Spanish cuisine is eaten in sandwiches and as a lid, cut into slices and slices of bread. Kids love it as a snack.The pork meat is ground finely and once you slice it you will find intermingled spots of black pepper.
