Fresh oranges are carefully selected by hand, with clean appearance and few impurities.
- Traditional sun-drying: We pick large fresh orange peels in season, and do not pick damaged, bad, or small fruits. We pick full fruits by hand, peel the orange peels, and then dry them naturally. Cut into strips, it is easier to brew tea. The surface of orange peel is oily and durable.
